Day 01: Varanasi
Arrive at Varanasi Airport / Railway Station pickup and transfer to the hotel, check in with traditional Welcome. After fresh up visit to Ramnagar Fort, Palace of King of Varanasi. Later visit to Sarnath is place where Lord Buddha preached first sermon after enlightenment, visit Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Jain Temple, Buddha Temple, Sarnath Museum, Ashok Pillar, Deer Park. In evening Ganga Aarti on River Ganga at Assi Ghat. Overnight stay at Varanasi.
Day 02: Allahabad
Early morning after breakfast checkout from Hotel for Varanasi city tour. First visit old Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple & Birla Temple, and Boating on River Ganga. In evening transfer to Allahabad (Prayagraj). Check inn Hotel. overnight stay in Hotel in Allahabad.
Day 03: Ayodhya
Early morning after breakfast visit Triveni Sangam-(Meeting point of the three rivers - Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati). Take holy bath in Sangam and perform puja and perform ritual ablutions in the shallow waters .Evening transfer to Ayodhya. overnight stay in Ayodhya Hotel.
Day 04: Varanasi
Early morning after taking breakfast visit Shri Ramjanam Bhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Saryu River. In afternoon Transfer to Varanasi. Overnight stay in Hotel Varanasi.
Day 05: Departure
After breakfast checkout from hotel and transfer to railway station or airport.

- Vehicle provided is as per the itinerary and not at disposal basis.
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Guest may be required to provide a valid photo-id card in originals Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.
- Note-PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
- Foreign Nationals are required to carry their original passport along with a valid visa. 365 Yatra shall not be responsible for any declination in admission of guests at the time of check-in, by the Hotel.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. 365 Yatra will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guest
- Any claim or complaint by the Traveller must be notified to the company in writing within One Week of the end of their holiday tour.
- On arrival at Airport/Railway Station the guests are requested to come outside the main exit.

- Above 01 year child full Ferry Tickets will be chargeable
- Below 01 Years: Rs.115.00 per Sector (To Be Paid Directly While Boarding the Ferry).
Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked. Issue regarding child age to be settled by guest directly to the Hotel.

Payment Procedure:
For bookings the Procedure will be as follows.
You are requested to deposit 50% advance payment on the confirmation of a tour and balance payment at least 07 days prior to the date of travel.

All payments are subjected to realization. On realization we will acknowledge you with the confirmation mail and deadlines for deposit of balance payment in full.
Refund:
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 14 days to process such Refund. However, there is no refund for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).
